Through adjustment to diet and lifestyle, mindfulness and the support herbs can offer, it is a pathway to vibrant health and vitality.
Heather Henry has been teaching yoga for over 15 years. She studied energy therapies at Windemere Institute of Healing Arts and recently completed her certificate in Ayurvedic counseling at Kanyakumari in Milwaukee, WI.
