Qigong involves gentle movement, meditation, deep breathing and self-massage/acupressure in order to induce a state of maximal self-healing.

Michael Brown is a certified teacher of Qigong and Tai Chi Easy. He has masters' degrees in theology and in counseling. Michael's interests include music, writing, outdoor activities, and internal Chinese martial arts. He is married and has three grown children.
Michael strongly believes that people can take charge of their own health through Qigong.
